Elko Speedway Partners with Five Star

Elko, MN March 5, 2012—Elko Speedway officials are pleased to once again partner with Five Star Race Car Bodies for the 2012 NASCAR Whelen All American Season. As part of the program, both the NASCAR Super Late Models and the BIG 8 teams will be eligible for these awards.

Drivers who compete in 75% of that divisions scheduled events, while also displaying the Five Star Race Car Bodies decal throughout the season will be entered into a drawing at the Elko Speedway Champions Banquet for the drawings and awards. In 2012, Five Star Race Car Bodies will award a $500 certificate to a selected NASCAR Super Late Model competitor, while the lucky BIG 8 competitor selected will receive a $250 certificate.

Under the guidance of Five Star Race Car Bodies, this program was developed for the continued growth of stock car racing by rewarding individual racers who have helped promote the importance of stock appearing, template-style oval track late model race cars.
