Rain Policy

Elko Speedway management will make every effort to start and complete each scheduled
racing program. If Elko Speedway management determines inclement weather may cause unsafe racing conditions, curfew or circumstances beyond the control of Elko Speedway may affect the remaining races on the scheduled program, it may be postponed or canceled with the following stipulations:

1. The program will be considered complete (no rain checks) if one-half of the scheduled events are run or one-half of the main feature is completed.
2. Remaining races may/may not be rescheduled at the discretion of Elko Speedway Management.
3. NASCAR All-American Series Events - If the program is considered incomplete, your ticket stub will be your rain check for the postponed rain date or it may be good for one of the following two NASCAR All-American Series races. Additional charges may apply if one of the next two events has a higher advertised ticket price. Non-reserve tickets will be exchanged for Non-reserve tickets; Reserve Seating tickets will be exchanged general admission.  Tickets will not be valid for Eve of Destruction Events, ASA, NASCAR Grand National Event or any race designated by Management. SORRY, NO REFUNDS.
4. Eve of Destruction Events - Rain checks will be valid for the next Eve of Destruction only. Non-reserve tickets will be exchanged for Non-reserve tickets; Reserve Seating tickets will be exchanged for general admission.   Tickets will not be valid for All-American Series Events, ASA, NASCAR Grand National Event or any race designated by Management. SORRY, NO REFUNDS.
5. Skybox tickets will become void in the case of a cancellation or postponement. Tickets will be reissued to the Skybox holder.   Skybox tickets are only good for general admission tickets.
