Elko, Minn - Elko Speedway is proud to announce that the Air Force will be the presenting sponsor of opening weekend of the 2010 AMSOIL Dirt Nationals. The event, in only its second year, broke most speedway attendance records during its incredible inaugural running.

THAKE, SCHNICHELS CLAIMS WINS AT INAUGURAL DIRT RACE AT ELKO SPEEDWAY

Neither Richard Thake nor Robert Schnichels knew what to expect as they took to the resurfaced dirt track at Elko Speedway, but both persevered in taking the checkered flags in their respective divisions during the first ever Dirt Nationals at the 3/8 mile high bank speedway.
